Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in the insights field managing teams both within corporate organizations and market research firms.

He co-founded Illumination Research in 2005, building its strong roots in understanding consumers across industries, and has continued to expand its reach and capabilities through its 2018 merger with Radius. Jeff has helped build the combined organization, including research capabilities, operations, sales, and finance. He led the development of the Speed Suite line of products and several other key capabilities as well. His client service work has spanned hundreds of projects across a variety of industries including consumer products, advertising, finance, technology, and healthcare for many Fortune 500 clients.

As COO, Jeff’s primary role is integrating the day-to-day administrative, operating and process functions of our business. In this critical role, he is charged with bringing together the various parts that comprise the organization, most specifically those that affect the skills we bring to each task, the fluidity with which we accomplish all of this, and the interaction across groups.

Jeff holds a B.A. from Bates College in Economics, and an M.B.A from Cornell University.
