Lisa is a seasoned researcher with both end-client and vendor-side experience. During her 25+ years in Market Research, she has designed and managed a huge range of research studies including: New product development, segmentation, brand monitoring, Pre/Post ad testing, concept testing, package design, A&U, competitive studies, key driver analysis, and more. She is well versed in both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Prior to joining our team, Lisa held leading research and consulting roles at JD Power and MaritzCX, where she focused on customer experience (CX) tracking, as well as a variety of custom strategic research studies. She also spent several years at Cint and SSI which gave her an extensive understanding of the panel sample industry.
Her early career included roles as advisor and research practitioner at Charles Schwab, Bank of America, Pacific Bell and PacTel Cellular. Lisa directed all corporate research efforts re. specific methodology, best practices, managing research budgets, hiring partners, and translating research findings into actionable recommendations. In other words, she understands our clients’ world.
Outside of work, Lisa is Chapter Leader for an international women’s organization that fundraises and educates women in third world countries, helping them live healthier lives, learn business skills, escape poverty and overcome gender inequality.
