Paul is qualitative lead on projects for a wide variety of clients, including technology, telecommunications, automotive, and energy. From Zoom interviews with US farmers to facilitating co-creation workshops with broadband customers, Paul has extensive experience in talking to both B2B and consumer audiences.

With a background in theatre and performance, Paul is a big believer in ‘The Theatre of Qual’—using staging techniques and theatrical principles to make the qualitative experience more engaging (and enlightening) for participants and viewers alike.
