We hold our organization and employees to the highest standards in creating a healthy environment, diverse culture, and socially responsible behavior. Our code of corporate responsibility focuses on:

  • Delivering performance with purpose
  • Acting with transparency, integrity, and collaboration in meeting the challenges of our times
  • Working to drive sustainable change that aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, COP26 commitments, and other global agreements

Actions we take:

Sustainability and the Environment

  • Repurpose and recycle laptops, monitors, printers, and other office electronics
  • Provide filtered tap water to employees to reduce plastic bottle use and waste
  • Encourage employees to use public transportation by offering pre-tax commuter and public transportation benefits
  • Purchase energy efficient appliances, TVs, equipment, and light bulbs for our offices
  • Use of motion sensors and automatic shutoffs to limit energy usage in rooms and with equipment when not in use
  • Participate in a comprehensive recycling program

 

Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

  • Recruit in diverse areas, markets, and at historically diverse schools for all positions from entry-level to executive
  • Work with organizations focused on providing service in diverse communities
  • Support gender equality at all levels of the company with 56% of our VP/Director level being female and 64% of our managers
  • Provide ongoing training on unconscious bias, prevention of discrimination and harassment, as well as diversity, inclusion, and sensitivity

 

Social Impact and Engagement

  • Partner with the Foundling organization in New York City to provide donations and help with local development efforts throughout the year
  • Donate to charities on behalf of our clients during the holiday season
  • Designate three annual days of service with various organizations throughout the year
  • Encourage employee participation with non-profits
