Andrew has decades of experience in research and consulting on technology, branding, customer loyalty and marketing strategy issues. He has led engagements for enterprise organizations on topics such as branding and positioning, customer satisfaction and retention, product evaluation, segmentation and pricing. He is an expert in research design, including sampling, experimental designs for pricing, and multivariate modeling, and is recognized as a marketing sciences expert among international research professionals.

Andrew started his career at IntelliQuest as the Director of Marketing Sciences, where he utilized innovative technology and methodologies to conduct custom and syndicated survey research for major technology companies. He then joined Citigate Cunningham as the Director of Marketing Sciences, pioneering the use of primary market research to drive content for technology brands and executive platforms. Andrew was formerly one of the Principals and Chief Research Officer at Illuminas, where he oversaw the design, analysis and sampling for quantitative methodologies.

Andrew Elder completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 1991. Following this, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 1995.
