Before joining Radius, Kristen served as CMO at NucleusTeq and NuoData, where she built the marketing function from the ground up, scaled global partnerships, and launched executive events that delivered record ROI. She also served as global SVP/CMO at IDX (formerly Investis Digital), where she led multiple brand transformations and guided marketing through a series of acquisitions and integrations. Earlier in her career, she held senior marketing leadership roles at iCrossing, Hearst, and Banner Health, driving visibility, client engagement, and growth on a global scale.
She graduated from Arizona State University.
