During his 25+ years in research he’s been a partner to major global brands across a broad range of industry verticals. This includes extensive experience with consumer technology, media, digital and financial services; as well B2B, sports and apparel, CPG and consumer health.

Ben leads on a wide range of marketing insight challenges—brand, customer journey, CX, proposition development and positioning. He is a hybrid insight professional: primarily an expert quantitative and data researcher, but with extensive qualitative experience.
