As Chief Product Officer of Radius, Camilla is responsible for the full arc from market opportunity to commercial success ensuring Radius is fully tapped into where client needs are evolving , building new products to meet these needs, and orchestrating the forward moving engine to keep it ahead.

Previously, as Managing Director at ONE Strategy Studio she was responsible for leading the growth from start up to successful partnership with Radius. She was accountable for the proposition, team, client partnerships, and operations. She grew her expertise in how to unleash the potential for AI by working in a new way and reinventing the agency model helping shape the R&D and marketing agenda to keep ahead
Before joining ONE, she spent over 20 years shaping strategy and insight at leading agencies – Kantar & Added Value plus extensive experience on the client side in senior roles for leading brands including Haleon/GSK, Samsung, EE, and Virgin Holidays — pioneering new global measurement frameworks, embedding consumer-led creative strategies, partnering with category and marketing teams to deliver marketing strategy, planning and execution and winning CEO awards at both Samsung and Haleon for business impact.
She thrives on challenging assumptions, translating complexity into clarity, and helping businesses grow through sharper insight, smarter strategy, and meaningful innovation.
