Carrie is the former President and a co-founder of the recently acquired Illuminas North America, a leading technology research consultancy. Carrie leads the day-to-day operations of Illuminas aligning sales, marketing, and client services teams to drive growth for customers by delivering high impact, outcome-based research solutions.
A seasoned insights leader with more than 30 years of experience, Carrie combines qualitative and quantitative expertise to design innovative, custom programs for some of the world’s most influential technology brands, including Apple, Cisco, Dell, Google, Red Hat, and VMware. She excels at navigating complex business challenges to create clear, actionable intelligence that empowers clients to advance brand strategy, accelerate innovation, and optimize go-to-market performance.
Carrie has shared her expertise as a market research instructor at the University of Texas at Austin’s Continuing and Extended Education Center and as a guest lecturer in Brand Management at UT’s McCombs School of Business. A proud Longhorn, Carrie holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
