Gina leads a team providing custom market research and consulting solutions for clients in the services, technology, and non-profit sectors. Gina is passionate about developing research solutions that address the changing business landscapes her clients face. With over 25 years of experience, her clients rely on her strategic guidance and research development skills to ensure actionable project outcomes.

Gina leads the award-winning American Innovation Index™ (Aii) program in partnership with Fordham University. The Aii study is the first ever to rank U.S. company innovation based on customer perceptions, and prove that customer-perceived innovation impacts financial returns. The latest rankings and trends are shared at an annual conference of innovation leaders in NYC.

Gina has authored several articles and presented on new developments in market research at industry forums. Most recently, she co-authored the article Customer Perceptions of Firm Innovativeness and Market Performance which was a Roland T. Rust Best Article Award Winner in the Journal of Service Research. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University teaching marketing research.

Gina holds an MBA and a BS in Decision Sciences and Marketing from George Mason University.
