Glenn leads our Princeton-based team and has over 17 years of supplier-side experience, most commonly focusing on Financial Services, Media and Communications, Retail, Higher Education, and Healthcare.

He prides himself in being able to think like his clients and effectively delivers actionable insights that are always grounded by sound research practices. Glenn’s expertise spans market opportunity, product design, competitive effectiveness, branding and communication, and customer engagement.

Glenn is a frequent conference speaker, on topics ranging from customer journey to segmentation. Glenn also recently spoke at a book release event in Beijing, China in support of a project that we partnered on with CITIC Bank.

He is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.

Outside of work, Glenn can be found either sampling a new BBQ restaurant or making BBQ in his backyard for friends and family.
