Shayna has over 15 years of experience in helping clients answer their strategic business questions through quantitative and qualitative research. She is a third-generation market researcher with experience working across a wide range of client industries including consumer packaged foods, food & beverage, telecom, financial services, and media. Shayna also provides expertise across a variety of research areas, including optimization of product offerings, pricing and messaging, segmentation, brand tracking and new product development. She is an expert in transforming data into compelling, actionable insights in order to help her clients get closer to the end user of their products and/or services.

Shayna holds a BA in Business from the University of Florida and an MBA from Indiana University.
