Business Issue
Red Hat wanted to conduct an AI maturity assessment to understand the maturity of AI adoption across mid-to-large enterprises, including barriers to scale, strategic concerns, and best practices. The goal was to support AI thought leadership, product positioning, and client conversations across industry verticals.
Custom Solution
In partnership with Radius Tech, a global survey was conducted with 600 participants across the U.S., U.K., and APAC. Respondents included IT leaders, data scientists, developers, and business decision-makers from companies actively using or planning to use AI. The AI maturity assessment captured self-assessed AI maturity, challenges, deployment models, and investment strategies.
Growth Outcome
Two out of five organizations were classified as “mature” in their AI journey, with broad deployment of generative AI. Top benefits cited included efficiency gains, improved data analysis, and competitive advantage. Major concerns included data security, lack of skilled talent, and infrastructure limitations.
The study provided Red Hat with detailed segmentation of AI adopters and validated OpenShift AI’s role across hybrid environments. It positioned Red Hat as a trusted guide in enterprise AI strategy. The findings supported content marketing, sales enablement, and product roadmap development—while demonstrating how Radius Tech delivers credible, large-scale, category-specific insight in partnership with leading tech brands.
